Returns
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase, so we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy. To keep the process smooth, please take note of the guidelines below. You can also find more answers about returns in our help centre.
To return an item, you must fill out the returns form provided below. This allows us to track and process your return efficiently.
If you wish to return an item, you must submit our returns form within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must then be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you believe that an item was damaged in transit (i.e. obvious damage to the box or broken glass), please notify us immediately upon delivery, as this will allow us to file a claim with our courier for damages.
Please ensure that all items being returned are in saleable condition (unless the item is faulty, of course). In certain cases, a 30% restocking fee may be applied to some products.
Please note that customised and bespoke products cannot be returned, as they have been personalised for your order and cannot be resold.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a signed-for courier service that provides proof of delivery. However, if you are returning a faulty item, we will arrange collection and pay the return postage fees.
If you purchased our products through one of our retail partners, you must submit a return request directly to them.
